The house features a quiet, homelike country atmosphere with air conditioning, two bathrooms with showers, comfortable mattresses and fine quality linens, tastefully appointed Victorian style furnishings, and television with the dish network. The common rooms are a large living room with a gas fireplace, a large dining room, a den, a breakfast room with a gas fireplace, a first floor bathroom, and a country kitchen. Located on a well maintained state road, the house has a large front porch overlooking the village of Argyle in rural Washington County, a back porch with a glider, a patio with a grill, and picnic table on the lawn with a great view to the mountains and river valley to the West.

We currently have two rooms available for guests, both on the second floor (accessible by stairs only), with the bathroom across the hall. Both rooms have a double bed, a telephone, and television.
