Smoking is not permitted inside the guest house,only on back patio and porch.
Sorry, guest pets cannot be accommodated. We have Zebra Finches in the house to keep you company!
Lighted parking is available on the property.
A 50% deposit is requested, returnable if cancelled two weeks prior to reservation date. After that, if the room can be booked within two week period, we will return your deposit.
On an official three day holiday weekend, a two night minimum is required.
A vehicle is available for pick up and return from the railroad station and the yacht basin in Fort Edward, New York for a small fee. Private tours of area attractions with an experienced and knowledgeable tour guide are offered at a small hourly charge.
Payment methods: Checks, cash, traveler's checks, debit cards, money order,Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When you are connected to our secure Reservations page, the details you send (including your credit card number) cannot be seen by other people. Your details are encrypted. Your browser tells you when you are connected to this Secure Page. There are two ways to see this:
- the address begins with "https" instead of the usual "http". The "s" means secure
- if you are using Netscape or Internet Explorer, these browsers show a lock icon in their status bar at the bottom
